Shiva is the former CHRO of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has a stellar track record in his 30+ year career, working in multiple industries like Apparel, Consulting, Education and Retail. In all his roles, he has led innovation and transformation of key HR processes with the objective of delighting ‘internal customers’. Shiva holds a post-graduate degree from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. Apart from his corporate stint, Shiva has also held non-executive positions in bodies like NHRD and is an advisor to multiple organisations and start-ups.
